Historically, Dalat Palace Golf Club is one of the earliest established clubs in the region. Since its opening in the 1920s it has hosted many celebrities including American champion Billy Casper.

The club remains linked to its past by the original clubhouse, built in 1956. The clubhouse has been fully restored and remains in use today with a full pro-shop, restaurant, fireplace and outdoor patio areas. The wireless Internet access is available here. The Dalat Palace Golf Club is Asia's premier course and is currently rated the #1 golf course in Vietnam by Golf Digest (USA). Dalat Palace Golf Club  is managed by Jeff Puchalski, PGA A-13 and is fully owned and operated by Dalat Resort Incorporation (DRI), a joint venture between Lam Dong Tourist and Danao International Holdings Ltd, a privately-held US-based company.
